 There has been no improvement in the turn table hardware.
 An important part of my thesis research is to generate an
 explicit object description from a sequence of real turn
 table televsion pictures taken without any human assistance.
 I see no hope of the turn table being adequately repaired
 without new administrative action. The Joe Zingheim design
 is incompetent and has failed  within one or two days each
 time it has been put in running order.
